DMCA Copyright Policy

stripstreamers.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on stripstreamers.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on stripstreamers.com (URL or sufficient detail to locate it).
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and process valid notices within 10 business days.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@stripstreamers.com containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, email, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of your local federal court.

We will forward your counter-notification to the original claimant. If no court action is filed within 14 business days, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Misrepresentation

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
