Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stripstreamers.com ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform in any capacity.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where access to adult content is prohibited.
• By registering, you confirm these requirements are met and that you are legally permitted to access adult content.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that cannot provide it.

3. Creator Accounts

Creators are independent individuals who broadcast content on the Platform. By creating a Creator account you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and provide valid government-issued ID upon request.
• Ensure all individuals appearing in your broadcasts are at least 18 years of age and have provided informed consent.
• Maintain records demonstrating the age and consent of all performers as required by applicable law.
• Not broadcast content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Accept that you are solely responsible for all content you broadcast.

4. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Any content depicting minors in a sexual context.
• Non-consensual sexual content or content depicting real violence.
• Content that facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Harassment, threats, or doxxing of any individual.
• Fraudulent activity, including fake accounts or payment fraud.
• Any content that is illegal under applicable law.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and potential legal action.

5. Coin Economy & Payments

• Viewers purchase coins using real currency. Coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded once purchased, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
• Coins are used to access live content, send gifts, and tip creators.
• Creators earn a share of coins spent on their content, less the Platform's commission (currently 25%).
• Creator payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and identity verification.
• We reserve the right to withhold earnings from accounts suspected of fraud.
• All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Displayed USD amounts are indicative and based on live exchange rates.

6. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their broadcast content. By broadcasting on the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to transmit, store thumbnails of, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

The stripstreamers.com name, logo, and software are our exclusive property and may not be used without written permission.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We are not responsible for the content broadcast by creators. Creators are independent third parties, not employees of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
