Model Agreement

Last updated: 18 April 2026 · Please read this agreement carefully before broadcasting on StripStreamers.

This Model Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Creator", "Model", "you") and StripStreamers ("Platform", "we", "us"). By completing the creator onboarding process and broadcasting on StripStreamers, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to broadcast on this Platform.
You must provide a valid government-issued ID upon request to verify your age and identity.
You must be legally permitted to produce and broadcast adult content in your jurisdiction.
You confirm that all performers appearing in your broadcasts are at least 18 years of age and have provided their informed consent to appear.

2. Creator Status

You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent, or contractor of StripStreamers. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment or agency relationship between you and the Platform.

3. Revenue Share

You earn 75% of the USD value of all coins spent by viewers on your streams, gifts, and tips.
The Platform retains 25% as a service fee covering infrastructure, payment processing, and platform operations.
Earnings are credited to your account balance in real time as viewers spend coins.
Payouts are processed manually upon request, subject to a minimum balance of $25 USD.
All amounts are stored and processed internally in South African Rand (ZAR). Your displayed USD balance is based on the prevailing USD/ZAR exchange rate at time of display.
The Platform reserves the right to adjust the revenue share percentage with 30 days' written notice.

4. Payout Terms

You may request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of $25 USD.
Payout requests are reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout details (bank account, Wise, mobile money, or cryptocurrency wallet). The Platform is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect details provided by you.
The Platform may withhold payment if fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.
Payouts are subject to any applicable withholding taxes in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your earnings.

5. Content Rules

You agree that you will never broadcast:

Any content involving minors in a sexual context, or any content that could be interpreted as involving a minor.
Non-consensual sexual acts or content depicting real violence.
Content that facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any illegal activity.
Content that harasses, threatens, or doxxes any individual.
Any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the Republic of South Africa.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any pending earnings, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

6. Age Verification & Record Keeping

As the primary producer of your content, you are responsible for maintaining age verification records for all performers appearing in your broadcasts as required by applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable. You confirm that all performers have provided proof of age and written consent prior to appearing in any broadcast.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your broadcast content. By broadcasting on StripStreamers, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to transmit your stream in real time, generate and display thumbnails, and display your stage name, profile photo, and bio on the Platform. This licence does not permit the Platform to store, resell, or distribute your broadcast recordings.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service, with or without notice. Upon termination, any accrued earnings above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out within 30 days, provided no fraud or policy violations are involved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's liability to you is limited to the amount of earnings held in your account at the time of any claim. The Platform is not liable for loss of income, technical failures, or any indirect damages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
